Science with a Norwegian Accent
At the 2026 Little Shop of Physics Open House, we were delighted to welcome our friend Magne from the Jærmuseet Science Circus in Norway.
Magne brought his show, Science with a Norwegian Accent, to the Open House, combining hands-on science, humor, and a distinctly Norwegian perspective. The presentation had the audience laughing, learning, and thoroughly enjoying the science.
The Science Circus is an outreach program based at Jærmuseet, a municipal science museum in Norway. LSOP has a long-standing connection with Jærmuseet. Members of our crew have visited and presented there, and Magne has been a frequent visitor to CSU and the Little Shop.
We love sharing ideas and a good science demonstration with science communicators around the world. Thanks, Magne, for bringing a little Norwegian science to Fort Collins!
