What better way to welcome a new class of Rams than with rockets, fog, and a little bit of controlled chaos?

Little Shop of Physics was excited to be part of Amplify Welcome, helping welcome the Class of 2030 to Colorado State University. New students stopped by to build and launch their own paper rockets, explore some hands-on physics, and watch a giant balloon filled with fog dramatically pop.

We were also joined by Dean Randy McEntaffer, who jumped right into the fun. Events like Amplify Welcome are a great way to introduce new students to the creativity, curiosity, and hands-on exploration that are part of the CSU community.
