Wellington Middle School Classroom Connections
The Little Shop of Physics had an awesome day of interactive science engagement at Wellington Middle School! We did a force and motion LSOP Classroom Connections program with the entire school — all 600+ students in grades 6-8!
Due to the pandemic, things looked a little different than usual. Our entire program was outside, and spread out in several locations including the softball field!
Students participated with their science or social studies class, and each class took turns in each of four physically-distanced stations: stomp rockets, friction tug-of-war, giant beach ball, and some of our classic force and motion experiments from the Traveling Science Experience!
