Get Your Science On: Cloud Shapes
This week, Brian and Elizabeth show us how to use a humidifier, inner tube, and a light to make little fog doughnuts. Pushing down on the inner tube increases the pressure and forces fog out through the circular hole on the top.
How To Build It:
- Cover part (about 3/4) of the air outlet in the humidifier.
- Attach the inner tube to the top of the humidifier.
- Cover the inner tube with a waterproof material and cut a circular hole in the middle; small holes seem to produce better results!
- Shine a light and enjoy the science!
