LSOP History: Mir Space Station Taco Bell Target
Remember way back in 2001? The Mir Space Station was de-orbited and came crashing back to the Earth’s surface. The Russian Government put out a 40×40 foot bullseye in the ocean, and offered to buy Taco Bell for every American if the space station landed on target.
